ECS Supports Sun GlassFish Enterprise Server
Elastra Cloud Server v2 Supports the Management of GlassFish Enterprise Server v3 on Public and Private Clouds
Out of the box ECS v2 Enterprise Edition and Elastra for AWS provide provisioning and configuration management support for the following versions of GlassFish on private and public clouds:
- GlassFish Enterprise Server v3 with its advanced capabilities such as Java EE 6 Support, improved start-up time, reduced resource utilization and fine-grained monitoring capabilities. Figure 1 illustrates a sample design available in ECS that consists of GlassFish Enteprise Server v3 fronted by an Apache Load Balancer and connected to a MySQL database.

- GlassFish v2.1.1 with clustering capabilities. Figure 2 below illustrates a sample design available in ECS that consists of a High Availability GlassFish Enteprise Server v2.1.1 Cluster fronted by an Apache Load Balancer and connected to a MySQL database.
