Kirill Sheynkman HeadshotKirill Sheynkman — Founder, President & CEO

Mr. Sheynkman is a database software executive who has spent the early part of his career in database sales and technology organizations of Oracle and Microsoft. Mr. Sheynkman was cofounder, President, and CEO of two successful startups: Stanford Technology Group which created the world’s first Relational OLAP engine and was acquired by Informix/IBM in 1995 and Plumtree Software which created the world’s first corporate portal for heterogeneous information (acquired in 2005 by BEA). Between startups, Mr. Sheynkman was Entrepreneur in Residence at Sequoia Capital. Mr. Sheynkman holds a degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.

Armen Kopoyan HeadshotArmen Kopoyan, Vice President — Sales and Operations

Mr. Kopoyan has more than 20 years of experience managing enterprise level accounts in Sales, Professional Services and Support The principle mission of his role is to develop and leverage Elastra’s ecosystem of partners and Elastra customers as well as manage ongoing customer satisfaction. He joined Elastra after successful years at companies such as Oracle, Symantec and BEA Systems, Inc and where he led a strategic initiatives branch to target customers using new technologies. Mr.Kopoyan has degrees in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Massachusetts.

Noah Campbell HeadshotNoah Campbell, Vice President — Engineering

Mr. Campbell is an Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in scaling large distributed systems. Drawing from his experience with financial, pharmaceutical and online gaming architectures, he provides valuable expertise in scaling next generation Web-based applications as well as massive enterprise applications. Prior to joining Elastra, Noah was an Enterprise Architect in BEA’s professional services organization. Earlier he worked at ImClone as a System Architect/Manager for Small Molecule R&D.

Ariane LindblomAriane Lindblom, Vice President — Marketing

Ms. Lindblom is a sales and marketing executive tenured in the high technology and life sciences industries. Recently she served as Senior Director, Global & Enterprise Accounts at BEA Systems and focused on driving topline growth for BEA’s largest accounts. During her tenure at BEA, revenue in this segment accounted for 30% of BEA’s overall revenue and grew an average of 20% year-over-year. Additionally, Ms. Lindblom was responsible for creating business value-based solutions for the Life Sciences Industry segment, resulting in significant sales pipeline growth for this sector. Prior to BEA, Ms. Lindblom served in senior sales, marketing and product development roles at ShoreTel, GigaLabs (Nishan Systems), Arrow Electronics, Cardiometrics (Endosonic) and Quintiles. She holds a MBA degree from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a BS in Biology from the University of California, Irvine.

Nate Smith HeadshotNate Smith, Vice President - Product Management

Mr. Smith is a professional product specialist who has spent his career directing the strategic development, positioning and deployment of software based tools for businesses. Mr. Smith began his career launching JCP Geologists’ software-based natural hazard risk assessment for the California real estate market, a tool that established a new market in real estate disclosure. He went on to direct product strategies for Yahoo! Classifieds, Real Estate and Small Business, defining new customer experiences in the early stages of wide-spread Internet use. As an early executive team member at Recruiternet, a web-based recruiting software start-up, Mr. Smith directed product strategy, marketing and strategic channel development leading to a successful corporate acquisition exit. Mr. Smith holds a degree in Geology and Geophysical Sciences from Princeton University.
